Paid access is for one computer. To move to a new Mac, PC, or Linux machine, confirm with the purchase email. You get a new key shown once — same end date as before. The old computer stops on its next online check.

Mistyped the purchase email? Contact support with your Kairos ID — or use operator reissue. Laptop and desktop are two computers; use Replace (or buy again) to switch — this is not a bug.

Only need the existing key on the same install? Recover license instead.
