Shipping and Exchange

Kairos is a desktop software product. This page explains how delivery and “exchange” work for digital purchases.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods, media, packaging, or hardware. There are no courier deliveries, tracking numbers, or shipping fees.

Digital delivery

After a successful checkout:

• You receive a license key on the activation page and/or by email (recoverable with your Kairos ID and checkout email).
• You download and install Kairos from our website for macOS, Windows, or Linux — the same installers used for the free trial.

Delivery is immediate in normal conditions (license issuance right after payment verification). If activation fails, use Recover license or contact support.

Exchange

Because Kairos is digital software (not a physical item), we do not offer product exchanges in the retail sense. Platform changes (for example moving from Windows to Mac) use the same license key where supported; you do not need a separate purchase for another OS on the same Kairos ID.
